Jalal Schindler Lifts & Escalators (Formerly known as Mohammed Jalal Lifts & Escalators Division) is a Joint Venture (JV) between Mohammed Jalal & Sons W.L.L, Bahrain and Schindler Elevators Ltd. of Switzerland, a successful partnership that was forged in 2005. The Lift Escalator Division of the Company was established in 1975 and has been the exclusive commercial agent for “Schindler Elevator Limited” in Bahrain since that time. Schindler Elevators are the pioneers in providing vertical transportation solutions for all building requirements and have operations in more than 1000 locations around the World. The lifts, escalators, moving walks that are manufactured and supplied by Jalal Schindler Lifts & Escalators are in full compliance with the European Standard EN 81/ EN 115.
Over the last 40 years, the Company has successfully executed projects in many of the landmark Buildings in Bahrain, has supplied & installed a substantial number of units, and carried out numerous maintenance contracts. The Company employs trained, experienced and competent installation and maintenance staff to ensure quality installation of lifts, escalators and travellators, and superior service delivery to its esteemed customers. The Company provides 24-hour emergency breakdown services 365 days a year.
The project is located beside Gulf Air headquarters and in close proximity to Bahrain International Airport. The building consists of a basement and seven floors of a total area of 17,000 sq.m.

Hilton and King Faisal Corniche Development (KFCD) partner to open Hilton Bahrain Bay Hotel & Residences at The Avenues, Bahrain. The new property will be home to 210 keys, made up of 150 apartments and 60 studio suites, four distinct dining outlets, a swimming pool and spa and fitness facilities. It will be directly linked to The Avenues, Bahrain.

The impressive silhouette in the form of an H of the Four Seasons Hotel takes up a prime spot alongside the coastline of Bahrain Bay since 2014. The design by the renowned American architects Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, reaches up to the horizons at 201 meter, making it the tallest building in the country. Its 50 floors offer 200 luxury rooms and 30 suits, all with a panoramic, 360° view over the Bahrain Bay and the village of Manama. It also offers a spa, several swimming pools and a floating, Michelin-star restaurant.
Jalal-Schindler is supplying and installing 21 elevators.
First Energy Bank tower a mixed-use property on a land, owned by FEB AQAR, located in the Bahrain Financial Harbour, which will also have the Bank’s new head office premises. The property will include residential and commercial spaces which includes Lower & Upper Ground+ 24 upper floors with a height of 110.70 meter with 10 Levels of Office Spaces, remaining with high end luxury apartments.

The Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance (BIBF) project includes a master building consisting of 9 floors, with more than 50 lecture halls and a state-of-the-art auditorium that can accommodate more than 400 attendees, a car park building, taking into consideration the application of the latest technology, quality and environmental protection standards. The total building area will be more than 23,000 square meters, north of Bahrain Bay, to accommodate the increasing demand for training.
