Job Description:

• Reviews complete Architectural working drawings in collaboration with other Client appointed agents and specialized consultants
• Directly coordinating with the Project Managers and Engineers and other related disciplines such as MEP Consultant and Landscape Specialist.
• Manages shop drawings submission and able to raise RFI’s
• Assists in Material and Technical Submissions
• Identifying variations & executing upon the required approvals
• Liaising with Clients, Architects, consultants & sub-contractor
• Conducting progress & attends coordination meetings
• Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Highly skilled in developing shop drawings and detail drawings based on a given design concept (this includes MEP coordinated drawings and joinery basic drawings)
• Proficient in English language, both in oral and in written form
• Well-experienced in project drawing coordination related to all discipline
• Highly skilled in MEP coordination
• Minimum 5-year experience of using the REVIT, Sketch-Up, and 3D software
• Minimum of 10-year experience of using AutoCAD or Architectural CAD software
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledgeable in documenting drawings

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with CRPEP License
• Minimum of 10-year experience in construction with educational background in architecture or related technical course
• GCC experience is a plus
