Job Description:

A leading high-end joinery contracting company in Bahrain specializing in luxury Interiors and bespoke Joinery Projects is looking for a highly skilled Joinery Estimator to join their team and play a crucial role in their continued success. With a reputation for quality craftsmanship and project excellence, they serve a diverse clientele across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to determine costs and prepare detail estimates.
• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for joinery projects, considering all materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Conduct site visits and liaise with project teams to ensure accurate cost assessments.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing while ensuring quality standards.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry standards, trends, and material costs within the GCC/Middle East market.
• Prepare and present detailed estimates to the Workshop Manager & Management. Collaborate with the production team to ensure cost-effective solutions and adjustments where necessary.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in joinery estimation within the GCC/Middle East.
• In-depth knowledge of joinery materials, pricing, and sourcing in the region.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & AutoCAD
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Age – below 45 years
