Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and implement Oracle ERP solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with users across departments to optimize ERP functionalities.
• Customize and configure ERP systems for improved efficiency and performance.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP applications to ensure smooth operations.
• Train end-users and create documentation for ERP processes.
• Provide ongoing support and improvements for ERP system integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, HR, and production.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with ERP implementation and post-implementation support is a plus.
