 Job Description:

  • Ensure alignment and implementation of JS purchasing strategies concerning Production Material, Non-Production Materials and Services, e-Procurement, spare parts, organization, tools, and systems.
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies.
  • Ensure supply, cost competitiveness and quality requirements fulfilment.
  • Manage suppliers, including Global Contract Suppliers.
  • Establish effective management tools, volume report, savings and performance measurement.
  • Ensure and support full implementation of all Agreements (Local Purchase, Subcontractors, overseas purchase) and maximize their use.
  • Negotiate overseas and local agreements or purchase orders, as required.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for local needs.
  • Ensure supply and required quality and lead times.
  • Follow best procurement practices.
  • Make local purchase orders and supplier order processing at Branch level.
  • Manage branch inventory.

 Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate with good communication skill
  • Additional qualification in procurement management will be an added advantage.

 Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in handling commercial and procurement activities
